We can process refunds only in the event we are unable to honour your order or the desired goods goes out of stock. On the occureme of one of such events, we will initiate the refund process within 2 weeks from the date pof confirmation of our inability to process your order.

Refunds will be credited first to the original purchasing credit card account number and will take approximately 72 hours to reflect this transaction from your financial institution.
